Happy Friday, loves!

With Autumn in full swing, I decided to dedicate a post on all my favorite things that come with fall. For starters, I am absolutely obsessed with cable knit. I have maybe five different cable knit sweaters, but my favorite by far is the traditional white oversized one. This is the coziest sweater I have ever owned and I would probably live in it if I could!

Another favorite of mine–camel! This color is captures the essence of autumn and brings a bit of fall into any outfit. I especially love this camel scarf because its wool material, perfect for keeping warm against the strong winds.

I love being able to combine different rich hues together in the fall–almost like emulating the colors of the changing leaves. One of my favorite pairings is definitely of camel and olive. These two just naturally compliment each other and create an amazing fall look!Simply Autumn 8

And of course, this Cambridge Satchel is absolutely to die for! The color resembles a warm honey, although its real color is called “biscuit.” I love pairing this satchel with my other neutral colored accessories. Not only is the satchel a great color for fall, I am completely in love with the structure. The sharp lines, the quality of leather…this definitely counts as one of my best investment pieces for Autumn!Simply Autumn 7

  1. I am having the hardest time deciding if I want the satchel bag in biscuit or vintage.. Would you say biscuit is good for everyday wear and easy to match with any clothes? Your picture seems lighter than it appeals on their website. I need your advice!

    1. Hm, I think it really depends on the kind of colors you wear most often. I found that the biscuit color of the bag is definitely lighter in person than that of the picture on cambridge satchel co’s website. Personally, I am in love with this biscuit color–I think it’s a great color for matching with a range of clothing and colors. The biscuit is especially great if you have outerwear pieces that are darker (navy, black). Meanwhile, the vintage has a dark, rich brown tone to it, which I think would be great for contrasting with lighter clothing. The vintage also looks like the most classic color when it comes to a cambridge satchel. In the end though, it comes down to which color you like more while you’re matching it to your wardrobe. I recommend visiting a store that carries both colors of the satchel and comparing them with a typical everyday outfit you’d usually wear (if possible). Let me know if you have any more questions! Hope this helped you decide!
